Each member logs in with their own Torn API key. Keys are AES-GCM encrypted at rest, scoped to that member, and revocable any time. No leader key with god-mode access required.

Every 60 seconds, FactionOps snapshots energy, cooldowns and attacks for every opted-in member — and attributes each point of energy to fights or training with a confidence score.
